Progressive Power Classes

This course is open to all level of riders seeking on-the-bike instruction to develop and improve specific aspects of cycling. With a certified coach leading the session, you will be working on executing very specific and monitored workouts using power, cadence, and heart rate in a fun group setting as you take your cycling skills and endurance to the next level with high intensity workouts that will make you sweat. Workouts are custom tailored and programmed to your ability level. So come and bring your own bike and you will quickly see what power based cycling workouts are all about.
